Goat Tinoransak Seasonings – Meat goats is not simply presented in the form of kebabs, tongseng, or curry. This time, goat meat is processed into the typical spicy foods Manado.


500 grams of goat meat, diced 2 cm
20 basil leaves
5 stalks lemon grass, crushed
500 ml of water
5 tablespoons cooking oil

Mash roughly:

20 grains of red onion
100 grams green peppers
5 pieces of green chili sauce
2 tsp salt


1. Saute crushed spices, basil, and lemongrass until fragrant.

2. Insert goat meat while stirring until the color changes. pour water and cook until meat is tender. lift.
