Omelet ingredients:

1 butir telur
2 sdt bubuk flaxseed
¼ sdt lada halus
¼ sdt garam halus (gunakan sesuai selera)
1 sdm minyak zaitun

How to make fried rice:

Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Cook until meat changes color. Add brown rice, wheat germ, flaxseed tomato sauce, tomatoes, and peas. Season to taste pepper and salt, and cook until all ingredients cooked. Shortly before he was appointed, add the chopped onion. Stir well and chill.

How to make an omelet:

– Add the eggs, wheat germ, and flaxseed powder into a bowl. Season with pepper and salt and lightly beaten. Heat some olive oil into a flat pan, pour one ladle egg mixture, make a thin omelette. Repeat until exhausted.
